PhoneGuard Takes on New CFO To Manage Growth In Monetization Phase

PhoneGuard, the Boca Raton subsidiary of Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. and provider of mobile applications software, today announced the appointment of Jeffrey A. Yesner as CFO.

Mr. Yesner has extensive SEC reporting experience gained during his many years within the corporate world and significant public accounting and auditing experience. Yesner’s responsibilities include corporate-wide financial management as PhoneGuard moves into its monetization phase beginning early October.

As Chief Accounting Officer at Medical Staffing Network Healthcare, Mr. Yesner gained significant financial management expertise with several growth-oriented corporations and within the public accounting sector. He began his accounting and auditing career at Arthur Andersen, LLP where he quickly rose through the ranks to Supervisory Senior at the firm.

Keith St. Clair, PhoneGuard Chairman of the Board welcomed Yesner at what he said is a critical point in the company’s history.

The next step for PhoneGuard is the monetization phase and the addition of the  new PhoneGuard Pro product.
